Intellectual Property Policy

1. Introduction

This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") governs the use of all intellectual property on the Integrity Academy e-learning platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use the Platform.

2. Ownership of Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, data compilations, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Integrity Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Use of Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following conditions:

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content on the Platform, except as expressly permitted by this Policy.
• You may not use any Content from the Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from Integrity Academy.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from copies of Content.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or submit to the Platform ("User-Generated Content"). By posting User-Generated Content, you grant Integrity Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

5. Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names (collectively, "Trademarks") displayed on the Platform are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Integrity Academy and its licensors. Nothing in this Policy or on the Platform grants you any right or license to use any Trademarks without the express written permission of Integrity Academy or the respective Trademark owner.

6. Copyright Infringement

Integrity Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Platform.
• Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of Content or believe that any Content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on the Platform. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes.
