Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing and using the Integrity Academy platform ("Platform") and its content, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform. The materials contained in this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

    Further, Integrity Academy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or contents on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Integrity Academy, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content on the platform, even if Integrity Academy or a Integrity Academy authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

    Integrity Academy may revise these terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the platform thereafter.
